This petition has been filed to quash the FIR No.7 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has been completed and the matter is pending for sanction under the Arms Act before the competent authority.

4. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the defence before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
