ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police production to the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the premises comprised in S.F.No.27/1A1, T.S.No.7/9, Door No.634/1 Mysore Trunk road, Rangasumutharam, Sathyamangalam, Erode District. He constructed a commercial building over his property after obtaining No Objection Certificate dated 18.06.2020 from the Superintendent of Police, Erode, TASMAC officials approached the petitioner to let out a shop for selling liquor. The petitioner agreed the same. In such circumstances the respondent along with other 30 persons objected the floor shifting in TASMAC shop.

Therefore, the petitioner explained an order dated 23.06.2020 passed by the District Managing Director of TASMAC, Erode, for shifting the TASMAC shop. However, the respondent along with other 30 persons abused the petitioner with filthy language and threatened with dire consequences. Hence, he prayed for police protection.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, C.S.R has been assigned and the same is pending for enquiry. 4.Considering the above nature of allegations, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondents 4 to 8 and pass appropriate orders, in the light the order passed by the Managing Director of TASMAC, Erode, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
