Mrs. Fouzia Begum .. Respondent This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mr.Abdul Rahman, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mshthaq Ahmed, the learned counsel for the respondent are present.
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The petition in Criminal R.C.No.544/2012 against Criminal M.P.No.63/2012 in C.C.No.3736/2010 pending on the file of High Court of Madras have been referred to Lok Adalat for conciliation today.
2. Counsel for the petitioner and respondent assisted by counsel are present before Lok Adalat for conciliation today. After great deliberation and discussion both parties have compromised the dispute between them and filed a joint compromise memo before Lok Adalat today. The said joint compromise Memo is signed by counsel for petitioner as well as by respondent countersigned by her counsel. Both side agree to the terms of compromise and hence the joint compromise memo filed by both sides is recorded.

In view of the joint compromise memo filed as mentioned above, the Lok Adalat directs the respondent herein to withdraw the complaint given by her and taken on file in C.C.No.3736/2010 pending on the file of Additional Mahila Court at Egmore (formerly X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore), since the petitioner has withdrawn the Criminal R.C.No.544/2012 against M.P.No.63/2012 in C.C.No.3736/2010 pending on the file of High Court of Madras. In view of the joint compromise memo filed and recorded by Lok Adalat, the criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The joint Compromise memo filed by both parties shall form part of the award passed herein. No order as to cost award is passed accordingly.
