ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 12.09.2016.

2. The representation reveals that the petitioner was placed under suspension in proceedings dated 31.08.2015 on the ground that a Criminal Case was registered against him in C.C.No.124/15 under Section 366(A) of I.P.C. The petitioner was arrested and kept in judicial custody and consequently, he was placed under suspension.

3. As per the Government orders in force, the competent authorities have to review the order of suspension periodically depending on the facts and circumstances.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to secure instructions regarding the present status. That being the factum, the respondents shall review the order, if the petitioner is continuing in suspension based on the prevailing facts and circumstances.

5. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
