JUDGMENT

It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that the sole appellant has died and he could not get the particulars regarding the legal heirs. Learned counsel for the appellant has also filed a Memo today, enclosing the copy of letter addressed to the son of the appellant, requesting him to give the details of the legal representatives for prosecuting the appeal. He further stated that there is no response to the said notice/letter sent to the son of the appellant. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
