Mr.D.Vairamoorthy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 and by consent of both the counsel, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his driver had unauthorisidely taken his lorry bearing registration number TN72 Q 2746 and hence, he has given a representation to the first respondent, seeking necessary action.

3. In this connection, he has also given a complaint to the second respondent on 12.05.2017 and the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the investigation is pending as against the complaint made by the petitioner.

4. In this background, the petitioner has sought for direction to consider his representation,dated 05.06.2017.

5. In view of the fact that the petitioner's complaint is being investigated, it would be appropriate to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. Nevertheless, the second respondent shall conduct a preliminary investigation as expeditiously as possible and file a report. With these observations and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
