O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members without any due process of law illegally.

2. One Ravi has lodged a complaint with the respondent police as against the petitioner on the allegation of land grabbing. Now, the petitioner submits that based on the guise of enquiry, the respondent police are harassing him inspite of the fact that the complaint has already been closed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor denies the same stating that the complaint is not closed but the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry and there is no harassment made on the petitioner by the respondent police.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.

5. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
