The petitioner made two representations to the respondents seeking permission to lay plastic pipeline at his own costs from the well in Survey No. 388/1C, Thenpalai Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District to Survey Nos. 255/1B and 255/1C. As the said representations have not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
