When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner had been detained as 'Drug Offender', as contemplated under Section 2(e) of the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982, by an order dated 13.03.2024 in BCDFGISSSV No.186/2024.
