Alleging that the property which stood in the name of his mother Muthulakshmi, has been forged by the respondents 4 to 6 by impersonation by duly registering it on the file of the respondent no.3, a complaint has been preferred to the respondent no.2 on 07.03.2015. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent nos.4 to 6.
