(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.12865 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020 that the petitioner is stay at Trichy and report before the Tiruchy Palakarai Police Station everyday at 10.30a.m and 5.30p.m until further orders.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 25.08.2020.
