The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members in crime No. not known of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that based on a complaint given by one Hemalatha as against the petitioners, the respondent police are frequently calling the petitioners and harassing them.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by Hemalatha was enquired into and the the same was closed.

4. In view of the submitted made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no need for giving any direction to the respondent police. Therefore, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
