Heard Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj, learned counsel representing Mrs.R.Saritha, learned counsel on record for the petitioner and perused the records.
2. During the course of submissions, Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel on record for the respondents has filed a copy of the proceedings in E.P.No.488 of 2021, which shows that the possession has already been delivered to the respondents/decree holder and the Execution Petition has already been allowed. Hence, cause does not survives in this petition.
3. Considering the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to permit him to withdraw this petition.
4. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
