Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records from the 1st respondent Suspension Order dated 13.07.2015 in No.1/DIS/2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to condone the absence of this petitioner during the suspension period and issue the Internship Completion Certificate i.e. Provisional Certificate - II. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Seetharam For Respondents : Ms.S.Seethalakshmi (R3) Ms.Kavitha Deenadayalan (R1 & R2)

O R D E R

The petitioner is a student of the respondent no.1 College. By the impugned order dated 13.07.2015, the petitioner has been suspended.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the suspension period is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

already over and the petitioner viz., the student has been taken back into the College. It is also submitted that the petitioner is undergoing the classes as on today. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration. The learned counsel for the respondents also submitted that if the petitioner attends the classes from now onwards, she would be permitted to complete the Internship by January 2016. The said submission is recorded.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would certainly attend all the classes from now onwards. 4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
