Heard Mr.P.Ayyaswamy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the first respondent and M/s.A.Srijayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3.

2.The petitioner claiming to be a office bearer of a political party is before this Court seeking for a direction to shift the TASMAC shop No.928 situated in Balakrishnan Nagar Main Road, Velachery.In this regard, a representation was sent to the respondents on 07.06.2017. A reading of the representation shows that it is bereft of particulars and except for making vague averments that there are educational institution nearby and there is a railway station, etc.The petitioner has not specified as to whether there is a violation of the distance rule. 3.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction on the representation dated 07.06.2017. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation along with a copy of this order to the second respondent clearly pointing as what is the violation. If such representation is given, the second respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
