Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2015 with regard to certain correction to be carried out in the computerised demand pertaining to the property tax in Assessment No.73214258, No73214259, 7321460, 73214261, 73214263 in Door No.21-A, B, C, D, E, F at Devi & Co Lane, Gopalapuram, Coimbatore and pass appropriate orders.

ORDER
Seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2015 with regard to certain corrections to be carried out in the computerised demand in respect of property tax, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.
2. The claim of the petitioner against enhancement of property tax without any notice and opportunity on the basis of his representation dated 09.02.2015 is pending consideration. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Heard both sides.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is taken up for consideration and be disposed of on merits within a time frame to be fixed by this court.
5. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has got no objection for issuing such a direction.
6. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the claim, this court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
