(Order of the Court was made by M.Sundar, J.) After some arguments, Mr.S.Janarthanan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' {'WP' for the sake of brevity} but made a plea to preserve all rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to file a suit and / or seek any other remedy available to the writ petitioner before any other fora / authority, saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

2. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP is disposed of as closed / withdrawn albeit with preservation of rights of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. Though obvious, we make it clear that we have not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter and if Civil Court or any other authority / fora are approached, the same shall consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law de hors withdrawal of the captioned WP. There shall be no order as to costs.
