The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2024.
2. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2024 has already been considered on 12.12.2024 and his request was rejected.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the present Writ Petition is 2/4
dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the order of rejection. No costs.
