O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the alleged illegal occupation of the pathway morefully disclosed in the

prayer to this Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's representations dated 07.11.2025 and 23.03.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, the pathway morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, which is classified as "Nilaviyal Paathai" is illegally occupied by the 4th respondent and other third parties. Therefore, the petitioner had given representations dated 07.11.2025 and 23.03.2026 to the respondents 1 to 3, requesting them to remove the illegal occupation of the pathway. Since the said representations have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other necessary party whom the 2nd respondent deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 07.11.2025 and 23.03.2026, seeking for removal of the alleged illegal occupation of the pathway ("Nilaviyal Paathai") morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, by the 4th respondent and any other third party, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other third party whom the 2nd respondent deem fit to enquire, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
