When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registry is directed to prepare the typed set of papers and post the main appeal for final hearing in the usual course.
