The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has filed petition to bring on record the proposed petitioners 1 to 5 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner/Masilamani in CRP.No.3940 of 2023 and to array them as petitioner 2 to 6.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.11486 of 2025 is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment and list the Civil Revision Petition for hearing on 11.11.2025.
