Though it appears that the petitioner has lost before the Division Bench of this Court and also the Review Petition being dismissed, the present grievance of the petitioner is that interest is being calculated for the period from 01.08.1993 to 22.12.1995 at Rs.47,962/- without any basis. Apart from the same, for the said interest amount of Rs.47,962/-, subsequent interest was also calculated, therefore, the petitioner made a representation in this regard on 08.04.2015. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
