This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 19.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7192 of 2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 4th Respondent produced a copy of the proceedings vide R.C.No.3271/06/2013-2, dated 26.10.2021 passed by the 4th Respondent herein and submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with. However, he submitted that, the order of this Court has not been complied with, in letter and spirit. This Court cannot go into the said question now.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioners are aggrieved by the said proceedings of the 4th Respondent, it is open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law.
