The application has been filed seeking for a prayer to amend the address of the defendants 1 & 2 in the suit.

2.Such amendment had been necessitated to be filed in view that the Court notice in respect of both the defendants had been unserved as given in the said address.

3.As regards the first defendant, it was reported "no such person". As regards the second defendant, there was a defect in the address. 4.Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that now he has ascertained the correct address of the defendants, therefore he has filed this amendment application.

5.Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the applicant & having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the application is ordered as prayed for.

pam 6.Necessary amendment shall be carried out by the learned counsel within a period of two weeks from today.

7.Once the amendment is carried out, the Registry is directed to issue suit summons to the defendants.
