O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to dispose of the C.C.No.10505 of 2010 pending on its file expeditiously within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that out of 31 witnesses cited in the charge sheet, 19 witnesses have been examined and 3 witnesses have died.

3. Taking into consideration the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the trial Court to complete the trial in C.C.No.10505 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order provided the accused cooperates with the trial Court by cross-examining the witnesses on the day they are examined in chief as held by the Supreme Court in Vinothkumar Vs. State of Punjab [2015 (3) SCC 220].
