The petitioner's husband, while working as Sanitary worker, died on 14.01.2013. In pursuant to the death of her husband, she approached the respondents for retiral benefits. By proceedings dated 20.11.2014 made in Na.Ka.No.2795/2013 A2, the Assistant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Director of Town Panchayat, Thiruvellore District, has recommended the case of the petitioner to the first respondent. Despite the same, no further action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition.

Considering the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to pass appropriate final orders on the recommendation made by the Assistant Director of Town Panchayat, Thiruvellore District, vide his proceedings dated 20.11.2014, made in Na.Ka.No.2795/2013 A2, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
