Mrs.M.Jayanthi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 and has stated no objection for setting aside the order of dismissal and restoring the writ petition back to file for hearing.

2.On 13.10.2023, the writ petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed for his non-appearance. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition stating that during the relevant point of time, he has changed his counsel and due to lack of communication, new counsel did not enter appearance and the matter got dismissed.

3.Since the change of counsel has caused the adverse order of dismissal against the petitioner and the order has also not been passed on merits, the order dated 13.10.2023 has to be set aside. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
