ORDER

The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition with the allegation that the respondent No.2 is interfering with the petitioner in carrying on his business in running the restaurant.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 would submit that the said respondent is not interfering with the business of the petitioner.

3. Since the grievance of the petitioner as submitted by the petitioner appears to be only against respondent No.2 and not against other respondents, while recording the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of respondent No.2, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
