Respondents Prayer in both the revisions: This Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for records pertaining to the orders in Crl.M.P.Nos.4461 & 4460 of 2012 dated 30.08.2012 respectively passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram and set aside the same by allowing these revisions.

Since the revision is pending from the year 2013 and considering the fact that the petitioner is not interested to conduct the case, this Court has no other way except to dismiss these revisions for non prosecution. Accordingly, these criminal revisions are dismissed for non prosecution.
