PRAYER in Crl.O.P.No.25979 of 2017: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records relating to C.C.No.291/2016 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvotriyur, Thiruvallur District and quash the same as against the petitioners.

Iyyapparaj Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 in both the Crl.O.P.s COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.238 of 2015 and C.C.No.291 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvotriyur, Thiruvallur District. 2.Pending Criminal Original Petitions, the defacto complainants and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and
accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and the defacto complainants in both the criminal original petitions have filed affidavits, dated 30.11.2017 before this Court.
3. Today, the defacto complainants and the petitioners in both the petitions are personally present before this Court and they have been identified by their respective counsel on record. The counsel for the parties have submitted the photo copies of the parties in respect of Aadhar Cards viz., Harikrishnan - Aadhar No.4667 0000 7586, Praveen - Aadhar No.6516 7439 0532, Prakash - Aadhar No.8822 2719 7512, Appu @ Sharath Kumar - Aadhar No.8706 2988 2171, Varadhan - Aadhar No.7126 7424 6134, Anand - Aadhar No.8973 1285 9548 and Padmanaban - Aadhar No.9712 8726 1917 and after verification of the original cards, the same were also recorded.
4. An affidavits, dated 30.11.2017 have been filed by the defacto complainants to the effect that the they have no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petitions are allowed.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsels on either side and taking into account, the compromise entered into between the parties, the proceedings in C.C.No.238 of 2015 and C.C.NO.291 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvotriyur are hereby quashed in so far as the petitioners in both the criminal original petitions are concerned.
6. The affidavits, dated 30.11.2017 filed by the defacto complainants are hereby recorded. The Criminal Original Petitions are allowed. The affidavits, dated 30.11.2017 shall form part of the order.
