2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed as prayed for and the proposed parties are impleaded as respondents 3 to 5 in C.M.A.No.526 of 2016.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause title and post C.M.A.No.526 of 2016 on 06.10.2021, for final disposal.
