This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant leave to the petitioner to file criminal appeal as against acquittal order dated 20.02.2023 passed in S.T.C.No.613/2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Poonamallee.
2. Heard Mr.G.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the trial Court had acquitted the accused on the ground that the cheque was issued only for the security purpose and forgetting the fact that the accused had admitted his signature on the cheque as well as financial capacity of the complainant. According to him, there are arguable points in the main appeal and therefore, leave is granted as prayed for. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
