Respondents Prayer: Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other order or direction in the nature of writ calling for the impugned order of the second respondent made in TNL/S/221-IMP2016-17 dated 28.09.2017 passed by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal consequently direct the respondent to accept the application fee paid by the petitioner vide Demand draft No.590522 dated 26.09.2017 drawn on State Bank of India, Namakkal Branch.
