This petition has been filed by the petitioner/de-facto complainant to cancel the Anticipatory bail granted to the Respondents 1 to 5 herein by order dated 15.12.2021 in Crl. O.P.No.21783 of 2021 of this Court.

2. The petitioner/defacto complainant and the respondents 1 to 5 along with their respective counsel are present. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on granting Anticipatory bail to the respondents 1 to 5 herein, this Court has directed the 1st respondent herein to pay a maintenance of Rs.8,000/- evert month to the petitioner's account. However, the 1st respondent herein had paid the money for only few months and thereafter he does no pay the said maintenance amount as directed by this Court. As the 1st respondent has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 15.12.2021 made in Crl.O.P. Lbm granted to the respondents 1 to 5 may be cancelled and respondent police may be permitted to take suitable action against them.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and despite this Court granted further time by order dated 07.09.2022 to pay the maintenance amount, the 1st respondent did not comply with the order of this Court. Hence, this Court is inclined to cancel the Anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent and the 6th respondent police is hereby directed to initiate steps as per manner known to law.
