Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service; further directing the respondents to disburse all other attendant benefits within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court by considering the representation dated 08.08.2015.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service and also for a direction to the respondents to disburse all other attendant benefits within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court by considering the representation dated 08.08.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was not allowed to retire in view of the pendency of the case in Special C.C.No.61 of 2014. The said case was ended in acquittal on 16.06.2014. Thereafter, the petitioner made two representations i.e. on 25.06.2015 and 08.08.2015, seeking to permit him to retire https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
from service and disburse all monetary benefits which he is entitled to. Since, the said representations were not considered till date, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 08.08.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
