Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the second respondent relating to Rc.No.2983/2012/A1 dated 24.04.2012 to quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Ravi For Respondents 1 and 2 : V.S.Ramesh Government Advocate.

O R D E R

The petitioner, pending the writ petition, died on 11.10.2014 and by an order dated 24.10.2016 the legal heirs were impleaded. The disciplinary proceedings which was pending against late.R.Ramamoorthy got abated and hence, his legal heirs are entitled for all the retirements and pensionary benefits.

2. The learned Government appearing for the respondents today produced a bill and inform this Court that all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

monetary benefits have been settled to the legal heirs of the deceased R.Ramamoorthy.

3. Under such circumstances, no further order is required in the writ petition. It is made clear that in case the petitioners have any grievance against the quantum of compensation, it is open to them to agitate the same in the manner known to law

4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
