Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent as a Revisional Authority in Revision Petition No.1392/2014- Vae.2, dated 14.07.2014 consequently promote the petitioner from the post of Cashier/Senior Assistant with retrospective effect on the date of reinstatement into service in the 2nd respondent Society.
