O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to disburse the subsistence allowance to the Petitioner from 16.11.2013 based on his representations dated 24.11.2013 and 06.07.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner is working as road worker. He was suspended from service by the proceedings of the first respondent dated 16.11.2013. Hence, he made a representations to the third respondent on 24.11.2013 and 06.07.2014 seeking subsistence allowance. Since, the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice if the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2014 on merits, within a specified period.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 06.07.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation dated 06.07.2014, to the third respondent along with a copy of this order.
