Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed Crl.M.P.No.5287 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5809 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021, on condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- By earlier order dated 29.04.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 29.04.2021 stands relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.unaltered.
