ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to implement the order dated 11.02.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.A/1709/2014 on the file of the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was made permanent and salary was paid to him. Hence, he submits that, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition.
