Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to remove the unauthorized construction sheet on the land of Kollapuri Amman Temple in Survey No.226/32 and 136/1 Nadukuthagai, Thirunintravur, Thiruvallur District by considering the representation of the Trust dated 3.1.2025 and reminder cum rectification notice dated 4.3.2025 to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to remove the unauthorized construction sheet on the land of Kollapuri Amman Temple in Survey No.226/32 and 136/1 Nadukuthagai, Thirunintravur, Thiruvallur District by considering the representation of the Trust dated 3.1.2025 and reminder cum rectification notice dated 4.3.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. Though the petitioner has come up with a larger prayer,
considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that it would be suffice if the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. Therefore, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, we direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
