This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the name of the respondents 4 to 7 from Patta No.2880 of Sundekuppam - 2 Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject property is belonged to petitioner's father-in-law. After his demise, his legal heirs Ramasamy (son), Perumal (petitioner's husband) and Sangeetha (petitioner's sister-in-law) orally partitioned the properties left by him. In the said partition, property in S. No.270/1A measuring 20 cents was allotted to the share of petitioner's husband. Page 2/5

Petitioner's husband Perumal passed away on 23.07.2017. Thereafter, one Mani, namely the 4th respondent, who is none other than her husband's paternal uncle, colluded with the revenue officials and other private respondents who own adjacent lands managed to get their names included in Patta No.230. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 17.11.2023 to remove the wrong entry. Hence she filed this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to respondents 4 to 7 or any other interested persons and dispose the same. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
