These petitions are filed by the petitioner (then minor now attained majority) to record him as appellant and discharge petitioner's mother and next friend in the second appeal and permit him to prosecute the second appeal (ii) filed by the next friend of the petitioner (mother) to record her son as appellant and discharge her in the second appeal, respectively. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.
3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.1501 of 2008 and list the matter after four weeks. 26.08.2021 (1/2) mtl R.HEMALATHA, J.
