Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal No.845/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the Petitioner Appellant herein in S.C.No.51 of 2016 by judgment dated 11.12.2018 passed by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District and enlarge the petitioenr on bail, pending disposal of the above Crl. Appeal No.845/2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl. Appeal No.845/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.JOTHIMANIAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KRITIKA KAMAL.P Government Advocate[crl.side] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Today, when the criminal miscellaneous petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
