ORDER
The petitioner/wife is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2021 before the Sub Court, Karur. The said proceeding has been initiated by the respondent/husband.

2. Despite service of notice in the above transfer petition, the respondent/husband has neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel. The respondent is called and set ex-parte. Hence, I have proceeded to hear the learned counsel for the petitioner. I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the request for transfer.
3. Additionally, the learned counsel for the petitioner also bring to my notice that the petitioner has suffered a hepatic steatosis and in order to substantiate the same, he has also filed medical reports.
4. I have gone through the medical reports filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5 .Considering the inconvenience expressed by the petitioner wife, I am inclined to accept the transfer request.
6. In fine, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The 2/4
case in H.M.O.P.No.260 of 2023 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Karur and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Udumalaipettai. There shall be no order as to costs.
