With consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 02.02.2024 made by the petitioner for approval of his layout in respect of the properties comprised in T.S. Nos. 12/12, 12/14, 12/10A, 9/1, 12/10B, 12/10C, 12/10D, 12/8, 9/2, 12/8, 9/2, 12/13, 12/4, 12/9, 12/6, 12/5, 12/7, 10/31, 10/30, 9/4, 9/11, 12/1, 12/2 and 12/3 to an extent of 16.23 acres.

3. On a perusal of records, it is seen that that the said representation dated 02.02.2024 submitted by the petitioner for approval of his layout. However, it is pending on the file of the second respondent. 2/5

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2024 for approval of his layout and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
