ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 5th respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's online application, dated 13.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon an order dated 26.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10923 of 2025. According to him, in respect of the neighbouring land owner, a direction was issued by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition to issue patta in his name. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is also entitled for grant of patta. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's contentions before this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 5th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application, dated 13.02.2026 seeking for grant of patta in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.10923 of 2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 5th respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's online application, dated 13.02.2026 seeking for grant of patta in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.10923 of 2025, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
