Pending suit, the 3rd defendant-M/s.Goibibo-MMT Extranet having its Regional office at Chennai had changed the name and shifted his registered office to Gurugram, Harayana. Hence, the plaintiff is taken out this application to amend the cause title.

2. The prayer in this application reads as below: This Court pleased to permit the applicant to amend the cause title in the suit by substituting the address of the 3rd defendant from M/s.Goibibo-MMT Extranet, represented by its Regional Head, having its Regional Office, Opp.to Starbucks Coffee No.10, Khader Nawaz Khan Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600 034 to M/s."IBIBO Group Pvt. Ltd., having its Registered Office at "DLF Epetome", DLF phase-3, 19th Floor, Tower B, Building No.5, Cyber City, Gurugram 122002, Harayana State.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd defendant/ 3rd respondent admits the fact that the 3rd defendant has changed the name and also shifted the office and states that there is no objection in allowing the application. As far as 1/3

the other defendants are concerned, they have not filed any objection. Hence the application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint. The plaintiff is directed to file Amended Plaint Copy. The 3rd defendant is directed to file their written statement.

5. Call the matter on 19.08.2021 for framing issues 29.07.2021 rpl 1⁄2 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.
