The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to take action and also to file FIR in petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2017 . 2.

Today, when the matter is called, the second respondent had filed the status report, wherein, he has stated that on receipt of the complaint, he conducted an enquiry and therein, it is revealed that there is no trespass in the premises, as stated by the defacto-complainant and consequently, the enquiry has been closed as civil in nature on 20.06.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
