Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent dated 08.08.2019 and 18.11.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to release the Death cum pensionary benefits of the late Mr.Periyasamy to his dependents.
